UK music video awards

The UK music video awards are an annual event to celebrate the most innovative and creative videos to accompany their music around the UK. Starting in 2008 the UKMVA looked at many different awards to be granted to the different professionals working with music videos. The catagoties went from the different genres and creativity to adverts and even an best international video. Even a chance for the upcoming stars to have a feel of limelight. With the UKMVA the option to go online and enter someone you feel is best is there, meaning if you have a friend with a brilliant music video, even they are counted and looked at to win an award, all voted my the UKMVA jury. The best pop video was awarded to Alesha Dixon for her performance in "A boy does nothing".
